We provide advisory services to the government in which Hi-tech Agricultural work and Rural development work is also formed.

We work towards the conceptualization and execution of projects. Below is the list of concepts that have been performed by us:

• We have conceptualized and executed the project for the upliftment of 5000 Below the line family under SGSY Special projects in Paschim Medinapur District.
• We have conceptualized the World Bank Project for the district Kathihar for the total upliftment of the Kosi Area.
• Conceptualisation of Jute Cluster in Purnia District in Bihar.
• Conceptualization of Makhana cluster in Darbhanga Bihar.

• It is the first time in history that India- Bangladesh protocol river route supports aggregate to Bangladesh.
• We are the first organization in India to export coal from Nagaland to Nepal.
• Supply more than 1,00,000 MT of Ballast through Railway Reck from different loading points of Jharkhand.
• 35000 MT of Aggregate supplied to Bangladesh from Kakinada Port of Andhra Pradesh
• Under the flagship of IWAI first time, we have utilized the Indo-Bangladesh Protocol River route to export the material to Bangladesh
• We have exported more than 30,000 MT of Material AFCON-KALPATRU Joint Venture Rail Project in Bangladesh through all transport routes Rail, Road, and sea as well
